1.      Tickets are strictly non refundable or transferrable so please ensure that at the time you are booking that you have selected the correct date and time.

3.      We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove visitors from the premises whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by our staff.

4.      This is a partial outdoor experience, please dress appropriately, with appropriate footwear.

5.      Children are always the responsibility of their parents/guardians. Visitors under the age of 16 must have an adult with them.

6.      Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your allocated time. We endeavour to start each experience on time & any delays may result in missing part of the experience.

7.      There are limited parking spaces available onsite, so please use the spaces allocated.

8.      The welfare of our animals is vitally important; therefore we ask that you do not attempt to the feed the animals.
